FAQ's....

Do you provide written Quotations?
Yes we do. Our Quotations are usually given verbally on site and then are always backed up in writing.This is usually sent via e-mail within 24 hours of visit. In the event of a client not having access to an e-mail address, we are happy to send the Quote hard copy via the post.

When do you offer FREE Quotation Appointments?
We have a scheduled Quoting session every Saturday morning between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
We are always mindful of people's busy lives so will  wherever possible ,endeavor to allocate a call within a 2 hour time-frame. This is not always viable , but more often than not we are pleased to accommodate a specific request where we are able. 
(If we are unable to offer a 2 hour time-frame indication, we are happy to send a text message alert to the Client's mobile phone approximately 1 hour in advance of our expected arrival. Please ask when booking your appointment if you require an advance text.)
If the Client is not available on a Saturday, we will always offer an alternative option within the working week, at a mutually convenient time.

Which types of fencing do you offer?
The short answer to this question is..'All' types'...including all timber ( feather edge /panel and post/picket/trellis /animal stock fencing etc.), Chainlink, weldmesh,....whatever type of fencing the Client requires, we can accommodate. We also make bespoke GATES to match your new fencing installation. Other timber structures ( animal enclosures/decking/sheds/bike stores etc. are also available. Whatever your timber structure requirements are.. just ask !)

Assuming I am happy with your Quotation, how long is it before my new Fence can be installed?
Our lead time is dependent upon the time of year. Summer is our busiest time , but if we experience a stormy winter, this can also be a busy time too. We always aim to carry out a job within a month of Client booking confirmation and sometimes, this may be less.

Do I need to pay a Deposit?
All fencing work requires an advance deposit, as per our Terms of Business which are attached to our written Quotation.For standard timber fencing, this is usually 25% of the total price, and for other types of fencing such as weld mesh or chain link it is 50% . Once our Quotation has been accepted, we will send an Invoice for the deposit amount ( usually via e-mail) and we will offer a provisional booking date for your work. The deposit is payable within 5 days from Invoice date and on receipt, we will confirm the booking date.

How do I pay for my new fence ? (Accepted payment methods)
Our preferred method of payment is via electronic payment transfer.( Your Bank account to our bank account).
We also accept cash or cheque ( payable to Tree Control Ltd., which is our main Company).
We do not currently accept any card payments ( Debit/Credit) as this helps to keep our prices down.
As with Deposits, we will forward our final invoice via e-mail the day before / day of works. Payment is then due same day as completion.
